These Terms & Conditions apply to travelers booking a Trip/Trek with Skyhike.

Pricing & Booking

✦Prices quoted by Skyhike are valid for 24 hours only. After this period, all rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
✦While entering passenger details during the booking process, travelers must ensure that their names exactly match the names mentioned on the identity documents they will carry during the Trip/Trek, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or any other valid Identity Card.
✦Skyhike will not bear any liability for name-change fees if incorrect names or ages are provided at the time of booking.

✦Standard accommodation check-in and check-out timings will apply — 2:00 PM for check-in and 11:00 AM for check-out, unless stated otherwise.
✦If the selected accommodation is unavailable, an equivalent-category hotel, resort, or homestay will be provided.

✦Skyhike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to circumstances including, but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs and festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation or rescheduling, closure of a place of visit, or entry restrictions at a place of visit.
✦Skyhike will make its best efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements.
✦Skyhike will not be held liable for refund or compensation claims arising from such changes.

✦If a package needs to be cancelled due to a natural calamity, weather conditions, or similar circumstances, Skyhike reserves the right to deny a refund request depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.
✦Skyhike is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to any person or property caused due to natural calamities or accidents.

✦Travelers and trekkers are fully responsible for their personal belongings during the Trip/Trek.

✦Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned.
✦Travel insurance is strongly recommended for high-risk destinations and international travel.
